After getting familiar with the production work of this thermal power plant, Kurt and Rizvanol held a conversation with reporters.
Minister Rizvanolli was asked if Albania is expected to help Kosovo cope with the energy crisis.
And to accept assistance from the Albanian state, Rizvanolli said they are in talks with all relevant levels there.
“We have started talks with all the levels, with ministers, prime minister and deputy prime minister, and at the KEK and KESH level and other relevant institutions, and these conversations have intensified in recent weeks when the situation in us has begun to deteriorate. The Republic of Albania has so far been implementing up to 3m euros of energy for itself and has been unable to help us through exchange. These days I'm seeing hard to cover their demand, and we have promises that at the very moment it's possible they'll help us through this crisis, while we're going to be stepping up on megawatts when they need us and we need it when we have surplus”, Rizvanelli said in front of the media, broadcasting Express.
