None of the four candidates proposed by the Parliamentary Commission for Legislation have managed to get enough deputies' votes, in a vote held at the assembly session Wednesday.
Etrut Maloku received mostly votes -- 49, but insufficient to elect a Constitutional Court judge.
Shukri Sulejmani, the fifth candidate, has been eliminated today from the race as a result of the smallest number of votes in this round of voting.
