According to KED, reductions would be in two hours. But citizens are complaining that they are lasting longer than that.
Journalist Xhemajl Rexha said that in Velan there's power from last night at 8:00.
“2 hours said... In Velan, there's power from last night at 8:00,”, Rex wrote on Twitter.
The actor Shkumbin Istrefi has reacted to the electricity reductions. He has said the reductions are lasting more than two hours.

Otherwise, KEDCHI has said the reduction situation will prevail over the next 24 hours, while for the next few days, instructions from COSTT are pending.
Over the last few days, the country's electromagnetic system is overloaded. At the same time, facing the world's worst electromagnetic crisis, the Market Operator- COSTT, based on laws in power, has instructed it to begin with electricity restrictions. These restrictions will be around two hours and will affect all consumers at different times, besides emergency ones.
This situation will prevail over the next 24 hours, while for the next few days, we are awaiting instructions from COSTT and we will act on them”, the ECDS report said.
