Kryeziu said this would happen thanks to the help Albania will give to Kosovo.
“We are undoubtedly grateful to the Republic of Albania for the assistance offered, which is in the framework of continued co-operation between the two governments in the field of energy. And this collaboration will enable or ensure that there is regular electricity supply during the changing weather. So the festive atmosphere is properly maintained”.
This is a co-operation the two governments have with each other in exchange of electricity or other forms of compensation”, Kryeziu said in Klan.
Several days ago Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama said he is paying attention to the situation, with the power crisis prevalent in Kosovo.
Rama stressed that he has demanded that form be found for Albania to come to the aid of Kosovo to have electricity in days of changing weather.
During yesterday's Assembly session, Kosovo has recommended emergency measures, aiming to stabilise its electricity supply.
