The court has come to the conclusion that Vataj committed a criminal offence, denying him to a man with the initials V.M. the right to employment under the same conditions as other participants in the competition, just as provided by law.
Vataj has been fined a thousand and 500 euros, while the injured has been instructed in regular civil-juridical disputes.
After declaring the indictment, the court judge has announced that within the legal deadline all parties in the procedure will accept full justice in written and rational form”, the Prizren Foundation Court announced.
