According to the indictment, on October 19, 2021, around 13:06, on the “Fehmi Street of Xhev Laddrovci” in Glogovac, the defendant because of the immediate dispute with the injured Ramadan Berisha, has originally spoken out and then deliberately attacked him with shoes.
