New procedures for arithm patients are first implemented at QKUK

According to the SHSKUK report, this procedure opened a new stage in the Cardiology Clinic and treatment of patients with cardiac arithm.

For the first time, the digital and therapeutic procedure of the electrophysiology study of the heart is performed with ablasion. With the date 11 and 12,12,2021 at the Cardiology Clinic, the Elektrostimulation and Elektrophysiology service, I first began diagnostic and therapeutic procedures of electrophysiology research with ablasion. This important intervention procedure with a contemporary device and maximum commitment of our specialised staff opened a new stage at the Cardiology Clinic and the treatment of patients with cardiac arithmia. A total of 5 cases of subterranean rhythmal disorders have been worked on, out of which 3 cases with typical AVNRT and 2 cases with pre-intensive syndrome and acendiary route (WPW). Our field experts, Dr. Edmond Haliti and Dr. Gevdet Krasniqi, under surveillance (proctorship) by foreign expert Prof. Vassil Traykov from Bulgaria, as well as the precious support of management and the maximum commitment of the respective service nursing staff. All cases have ended successfully and without complications.
