The 34-year-old, according to the SKK, has been found self-sufficient, while responsible officials have reportedly been suspended in the case.
The Correcting Service reports that police and Prosecution have been notified.
Similarly, the SKK reports it has begun to investigate procedures and administrativeally.
The Correcting Service has also said they have established the administrative investigative commission, which will come up with final administrative report.
