It says that Denmark's Kingdom will be responsible for executing Danish sentences and will ensure the management needed to ensure that the sentences are executed in line with Denmark's international laws and obligations of the Kingdom.

Governments will also consider opportunities for broader co-operation between the Kosovo Correcting Service and the Danish Prison and Test Services.
