Governments will also consider opportunities for broader co-operation between the Kosovo Correcting Service and the Danish Prison and Test Services.

The Kosovo government and the Government of Denmark through this agreement are aiming to further strengthen co-operation and past relations between the two countries. The deal goes on to say that this is happening because the Danish Prison and Prova Service is overloaded.
