On Sunday, Prime Minister Albin Kurti, along with Health Minister Rifat Latifi, has held a media conference on the situation with the pandemic.

Latifi urged citizens to be vaccinated against COVIDD-19, until he announced that even during the weekend citizens will be vaccinated.

Anti-Convidian measures that come into force from today:

All persons entering the Republic of Kosovo must possess the certificate of full vaccine. When the person is vaccinated with only one dose, a test will be requested along with it RT- Negative PCR or evidence that the person has passed COVID-19.

From January 3rd, 2022, for entry into the Republic of Kosovo will be worth only the testimony of full vaccine. To encourage vaculation and facilitate access to the vaccine, Pristina Airport and the main border areas of the country will be placed in the mobile vaccine teams.

Now that the vaccination of citizens over 12 years of age has begun, from the request to possess one of the above-mentioned evidence, people under 12 will be released, people with medical testimony.

Such persons should present the RT test- Negative PCR no older than 48 hours.

To avoid hospital overload, school and economic closure, employees of public and private institutions, travelers serving in public and private transport, students and students, business centres users and gastronomies, will be required evidence as full and partial inoculation, along with the negative outcome of the PCR.

The testimony of full vaculation will also be required of those who use public transportation.

Keeping the mask is still mandatory. Under the measures, restrictions on movement will continue to be in force from midnight to 0500 hours. In the meantime, neither gastronomial hours have changed, this sector is allowed to work until 11: 00 p.m., and music is banned after 9:30.

As for education, all pre-university education levels will work with physical presence and regular schedules, and the university level will be allowed to work with 50 percent of capacity, and students will be required to present evidence of vaccines or negative tests if they want to enter school facilities.

Night clubs and party organisation continue to be banned, the Kosovo government's decision says.
