Police tell us everything that was seized today in Karatcheva, guns and bullets were found.

Kosovo Police Regional Directorate Gjilan, in close co-operation and co-ordination with the Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjilan, has today executed a warrant in the village of Karace, the Dardan municipality, regarding claims of illegal activities, including illegal gambling and other activities.

Two people who were interviewed in the presence of defence lawyers were arrested in this case, and on the order of the state prosecutor, the suspects were detained for 48 hours.

As a continuation of the operation, houses and escort facilities where suspects live as well as other items where the events of the game of fate took place.

During the search, they were found and seized in the quality of material evidence:

“Nine hundred six (96) lucky gamers, four (4) computer cottages, three (3) laptops, three (3) monitors, two (2) TVs used for lucky games, a (1) special Echo 99 pistol, along with seventeen bullets (17), a (1) generator, and 469.15 euros (found in game machines).

All devices (96 pieces) and a (1) generator in advance procedures have been handed over to Kosovo Customs for further procedures”, police report.

At the scene in the village of Karaceva, the Dardana Municipal Inspection has assisted the Kosovo Police in the collapse of three items that were built without permission in which they have been practicing illegal game activities, while another object has been closed and taped by the Municipal Inspection, Darda, is said to be further in police reporting.

In this case, investigations are under way and in search of other persons as possible suspects involved in the case.

“Rasti is being investigated by the Regional Directorate of the Kosovo Police in Gjilan in close co-ordination with the Founding Prosecutor, including the search for several others as possible suspects”, police have announced.
