Police raid eight locations, four people arrested on charges

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren along with the Kosovo Police have held an action today in Pristina and in Prizren, with the case of four men arrested for criminal work “Fajde”.

According to police news action has been held in three different locations, where defendants during the application of secret surveillance and investigation measures have been arrested inflict.

Furthermore, eight locations have been raided and money, cars, guns, phones, laptops, computers, contracts, various records and agreements signed between defendants and victims.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren, the General Department, following six-month investigative work (6) at its order and in full co-ordination with the Kosovo Police ... Regional Investigation Sector in Prizren, supported by units and other police stations in Prizren and Pristina, has detained 4 (four) persons under suspicion of conducting criminal work “Fadeja” from Article 331 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK).

The event has been held in three different locations, where defendants during the application of secret surveillance and investigation measures have been arrested in Afghanistan.

Eight locations have been raided and cash, cars, guns, phones, laptops, computers, contracts, various records and agreements signed between defendants and victims.

The same ones acting separately have allegedly acted deliberately and with the aim of illegally profiting their own property by contracting substantial proportional amounts of property in exchange for (borrowing) service), the victims of the conviction from which they exploit the burdened financial situation, their lack of experience, and the same offer to the amount of debt money that they then charge with high and affordable interest.

With the prosecutor's decision, the defendants have been detained for 48 hours and within the legal deadline will be applied for the appointment of the detention measure against the same.
