Polaska: Thaci could challenge arrest and detention

According to him, it is shocking the issue of detention and according to Pallasca for various reasons.

According to the lawyer, the first reason is that opposition to Thaci's fact has not been arrested but has surrendered itself.

He has added that former President Thaci has been able to object to the arrest, and his detention based on a constitutional rating, but according to Pallasca, Thaci chose to surrender himself and go there to face charges as a free citizen.

“So Mr. Thaci has chosen to surrender himself in co-operation with the tribunal and not to burden the state of Kosovo or the position of the president by taking advantage of a privilege he has met according to Kosovo's constitutional and go there to face charges as a free citizen.
