The arrested person is part of the group, which were arrested during the prosecution's action on December 22nd, 2021, and the same has been arrested at the border checkpoint in Vermica.

The arrest of the same comes after six-month investigative work (6) of the Prosecutor in full co-ordination with the Kosovo Police ? The Regional Investigation Sector in Prizren. As a result of this operation, eight (the eight) locations have been raided and money, cars, guns, phones, laptops, computers, contracts, various records and agreements signed between defendants and victims”, the prosecution's announcement said.

The arrested person allegedly acted deliberately and with the intention of illegally profiting his own property by contracting significantly proportional amounts of property in exchange for the service (borrowing the debt), the victims of the conviction from which he used the burdened financial situation, their lack of experience, and the same have offered to the same ones the amount of debt money in the form of debt, which he later charged with high and affordable interest. The same has been arrested at the border crossing point in Vermica. With the prosecutor's decision, the defendant has been detained for 48 hours and within the legal deadline for the same will be applied for the appointment of the detention measure.
