Last week there were viral images of two SUVs parked with the lid of open luggage, leaving the impression that this is a new trend. Local authorities suggest car owners do not do so at the end of the day.

Everything about this trend is a growing number of car thefts. Hence, owners leave the cover of their luggage open to make thieves realize that there is nothing valuable in the car.
