Through a text on his Facebook account, Peci said he didn't want the thermal power plant, which so far could be completed.
And according to him, neither the gas power plant is loving the government in power.
The former ambassador said that the people would now enjoy only the darkness and poverty resulting from energy shortages.
“The thermal power plant did not want to be completed by this day! Gas and gas power plant, you don't want it! Now we can only enjoy the darkness and poverty that will result from energy shortages”, Peci wrote.
KEDS today has announced that there will be reductions as a result of the energy crisis.
At the moment of reporting, some neighbourhoods in Pristina are without electricity, while reductions are in all of Kosovo.
