This is Pacolli's explanation for his encounter with Radojchi on a yacht in Budva.

AKR chairman Behgjet Pacolli has commented on a photo of him on a yacht in the coastal town of Montenegro, Budva. In that picture, Pacolli is seen with Milan Radojciq, the person who was sanctioned by the US State Department. The picture was taken somewhere around 2018 as it circulated again after Radojciq was sanctioned by [...]
Pacolli says he didn't know Radojchi and he didn't even hear his name.
I never knew who Milan Radojcichi was. I haven't even heard his name. I went to Budva and my yacht parked nearby because it was the biggest of them. While my yacht is tied up there is parked another yacht”, he said at Calxo.
He says he was eating with his children when he saw some Kosovo Assembly deputies along with Serbian List leader Goran Rakic. He also mentions Agim Bahtiri as attending the meeting.
It's prepared sofra for me to have dinner with my kids on that tavern right there. On the other hand, I'm seeing deputies from the Republic of Kosovo, I don't have a day's names, but I've known Goran Rakicin. I made dinner and we got out of there. You know, she's out of there and she comes up to me and she says, "Good to see you." I told her I had a surprise for you and I called Agim Bahtiri because they're friends and they meet. Even Agim Bahtiri told me that he thought we were planning to meet and I didn't ask for”, the Pacolli story goes on.
Ricki's telling me, come to us, to our yacht for drinks. Without prejudice I enter. I swear and give you my word of honor, I've had a drink. I don't know whose yacht it was. We've been there for another person and he's sitting. Nobody introduced Milan Radojcik. I'm out, I've got my kids and I'm out in town. I've only met three people there, Rakiq and two deputies,”, Pacolli says.
He says he has stayed only 10 minutes at that meeting and that he has greater respect from Montenegrins, Serbs and Macedonians than he does in Kosovo.
I've been here all 10 minutes. They didn't ask me for anything. They respect me there, they respect me more Montenegrins, Macedonians and Serbs than in Kosovo”.
