He said that the president of a state had contacted him and suggested that recognition would come but that one of Presidents Vjosa Osmani or Prime Minister Albin Kurti will visit that state.
Pacolli has also confirmed that the state delegation will come this Tuesday.
He was asked today in one of his posts by a commentator what happened to that recognition.
