He, in an answer to Clancosova.tv, said “no... you have to wait for the state to speak of”.
On the other hand, Pacolli has declared that the delegation of this state on Tuesday would come to Kosovo.
This delegation comes to Kosovo, shortly after this prime minister or (in these cases when KM is not reported) and the president must visit this state and receive recognition immediately”, Pacolli has said.
The first of the AKR, addressed Kurt today a public letter, where he also made this whole story known.
