Stressing that the Western Balkan region is of strategic importance NATO, Colombia, when it comes to the situation in Kosovo and the crisis, told Euronews Serbia that KFOR is fully focused on the mandate scheduled with Resolution 1244, to provide a safe and secure environment and freedom and movement for all communities.

“As far as the recent crisis and similar situations are concerned, there is continued communication between various acts. KFOR commander is always in contact with authorities in Belgrade and Pristina. He has been in contact with Serbian Army Chief of Staff General Mojsilovic”.
