The Oda of Medicine issued a statement after the Government's decision to publicise wealth by doctors

The government of Kosovo, at today's meeting, has adopted the draft bill for declaration, background and control of wealth and gifts.

The Chairman of the Oda of Medicine, Pleatat Sejdiu, has said they support this decision.

Sejdiu said they would insist that all without exception declare their wealth.

If we focus on a profession, or if we point to the other profession, then we can only have some kind of statements or maybe frustration, as is the case with the Federation of Unions' statement. I don't want to understand that this is directed against doctors, or that doctors and professors are the ones who are suspected or targeted, but we will insist that all without exception declare property”.

Since the first statements were made, I haven't had any negative response in this direction, discussed and no extraordinary thing has been seen. It has been accepted as a normal matter”, Sejdiu said in Klan Kosova.

Sejdiu said that it is for the law to become, but to be applied to all and not to be discriminated against.
