Musliu called it “z through a Facebook post. Pinocio” Minister Peci said he was manipulating by the date when the grant call for farmers was canceled.
Musliu further told Peci that “is going to the saw”, after he reacted through a post where he published the decision in question.
“Z . Pinocio, you're not just lying. You're late on the date. Except for me now, they have hundreds of farmers. He's just going by the saw. Cybercrimes have to deal with you manipulant, deceptive row”, Musliu wrote.
