The murder trial for my uncle's son, the prosecutor says that a knife had been found in the accused's car

The prosecution of the case, Besa Limani, during the trial management, said that a knife had been found in the car with which the accused had gone to the emergency car.
“On the evidence list results in that car “Tauran” owned by the Recica family in the QKUK court and that a 20cm-long, red-hand knife found in this car, with a blade measuring 9 cm”, Liman indicated during the evidence presentation.
In this case, the wife of accused Bali Recica, Fidanne Recica, who said that after the event had ended, she had seen her blooded husband in the yard and that Baki Recica of the eyewitness Muhamet Recica, reports “Best for Justice”.
She said they were immediately heading towards emergency with personal cars, first in Lipjan and then to Pristina, and that during that time, the accused had not talked to them now, but the only thing her husband, Bali Recica, had told her was that she was attacked from now with the late F.K.
The Witness said that the news of the dead man's death had come to light as they were standing in an emergency in Pristina.
“Sorry about what happened, we didn't want this to happen”, she said, not giving other details of the case.
On the other hand, the son of accused Bucky Recica, E. R, who at the time of the event had only been 14 years.
He indicated that once he saw that his father and uncle were heading towards the deceased now he too had gone after them. Where he said he saw the deceased grab his throat and hit him with iron shots, accused Bali Recica.
He also spoke of his father, Bucky Recica, whom he said he had only once pushed the deceased away from his uncle.
The Witness also spoke of the son of late Aludud Krasniqi, who said the same had hit his father, Bucky Recica, but who had only pushed him.
The defender of the damaged party, lawyer Tahir Rrecaj, asked him if the statement given to the police had given him what he saw and heard himself or what he heard from others.
The son of accused Baki Recica said he answered only what he saw himself, but for certain statements he had given in the police, he said at the hearing he did not remember.
Justice Court member Hope-Heysen asked the witness if she had seen who had hit the late F.K.
Eyewitnesses have also continued to be questioned by the court. For the same one at last session, prosecutor Limani, after his confrontation with evidence given to the police and the prosecutor had named it <x0... not a creditory” and that the same one is not telling the truth.
In this session, Limani's procuro presented material evidence, including reports of autopsy, the site's report, the sequencing items, etc.

Indictee Bali Recica's lawyer, Skender Musa, said there are remarks in the administered evidence, but that I will speak to him in the final word. For the proposed witnesses, however, he said he agrees to invite the forensic expert, but not the witness from the Centre for Social Affairs, as the same is non-resistant.
The defender of accused Baki Recica, lawyer Fanol Krasniqi, said he agrees to invite both witnesses.
While the chairman of the court, Alban Ajvazi agreed to invite the forensic expert who compiled the autopsy, but not even the witness from the Centre for Social Work after considering that her hearing would not help clarify the issue and needless economic expenses will be made.
Continued judgment will take place on December 20th, 2021.
Otherwise, according to the indictment filed on January 29, 2021, by Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor Bali and Baki Recica on September 7th 2019, on the “Lidiment Prizreni”, in Lipjan, in front of the now house of the late F.K and the home of the accused Recica, had been deprived of life now of the late F. K, who had uncle's son.
The indictment states that after their cousin, witness Muhamet Recica, while working for the accused, had gone to throw the concrete trash cart near the now home of the late F. K, respectively, on the conflicting property for which for I0 years were at odds between the two sides, had now prevented the deceased from throwing away the trash with the reasoning that he held them in front of the house.
According to the indictment, the witness Muhamed had returned and informed accused Baki, who had taken the cart of scraps and under the agreement between them the two accused had gone to the scene of the event to drop the trash, while after them the witness Muhammad Recica had been sent and upon arriving, now the late man had told the “back because you did not empty the wastehouse here” while the accused Bucky had firmly told “that I did not, here I am freely emptying <x> and the cart.
As stated in the indictment, the late F. K, had reacted to the stumbling block, and then indictees Recica intended to deprive him of his life and first hit him with screwdriver twice in the chest, where now the late F.K, in self-guards he took a metal rod from the ground and hit the accused Bali with it, while the accused Bali stabbed him in the heart, while the accused Bucki struck him with a rod behind his head, where he had been sent to QKUUKU, where the same day he changed.
For these actions, the prosecution is charging accused Recica that, in co-ordination, “grave murder”, by Article 173, Article 1.3 concerning Article 31, Penal Code, while accused Bali Recica is also tasking him with possession without permission because of the knife the accused had used in this case. /Betimy for Justice
