(5 years ago)After snowfall in Kosovo, the Ministry of Internal Affairs reports that most of the roads they drill at border points are perishable. Some of these roads are to be crossed by winter equipment. At the Pee-Culte magistrate's office, the road is blocked for trucks, but not cars.
