This strategy, supported by US envoy Gabriel Escobar, is expected to end the destructive role of the pro-Serbian Democratic Front party, currently URA has an ally in the coalition.
Harasani said that in the new government formation agreement, out of 7 political representatives, 4 are Albanians, and under these circumstances did not rule out the possibility that Montenegro's prime minister is an Albanian for the first time.
With the deal we made a week ago, I think it's a good step towards the future and forming maybe a new government where all nationals are part of. Of the 7 signatories, we have Serbs, Montenegrins, Bosniaks and Albanians. Out of that deal, 4 are Albanians. In this case, Albanians are given the opportunity to have at least 2 ministries, and the prime minister will probably be Albanian, which is a huge achievement”, Harasani said.
Central Movement Council member The URA said during the interview at “Balkan Talks” that there is a confusion and disagreement within the majority. According to him, this was expected as coalition allies have different ideologies.
The “is a confusing situation, in the majority and all of Montenegro's parliament. After a year and a few months of forming the government, we have a dispute between the majority”, he said. /Euronews
