Maloku: Former Shrpca leader allegedly received over 1m euros

The chief prosecutor of the Constitutional Prosecutor in Ferizaj, Shukri Jashari, along with the prosecutor of the Rasim Maloku case, as well as representatives from the Kosovo Police, have provided details of the action conducted today in the municipality of Shtrpca. Among the 10 arrested are former Chairman of the Shtrepca municipality Bratislav Nikollich.

For Nikollic, case prosecutor Rasim Maloku said there are doubts that the former head of Shrpca has benefited over 1m euros.

“Doubles consist of values exceeding millions... The former mayor of the Shrpca municipality allegedly received over 1m euros, some villas that were benefited as gifts, cars that were given as gifts for issuing permits”.

The prosecutor said there are doubts about the construction of free and illegal villas in Brezovica.

The “is suspected of having unlicensed villas, but most villas are illegally built”, he said.

Some officials have received gifts/money, to exert influence on officials to issue permission to villa”, he concluded.

Also, prosecutor Maloku warned that the action will not be the last.
