LDK meeting: Political, government programme drafting process under way

A communiqué for media claims that the Election Staff report was released at this meeting, and the excellent result achieved in local elections was appreciated.
This meeting reportedly reconfirmed on all needs for further strengthening of the LDK's organisational capacities and continuing substial reforms at all levels.

Today, the Democratic League of Kosovo held the next Central Headship meeting. The selection staff's work report was released at this meeting, and the excellent result achieved in local elections was appreciated. This meeting was reconfirmed above all the need for further strengthening of the LDK's organisational capacities and continuing substanial reforms at all levels.
In this direction, the Headship made these decisions:
1. The LDK chairmanship's three-member Commission is formed, with the aim of assessing the election result, analysis of the Branch Status, and giving recommendations for their structural reorganisation. The commission will develop close communication and co-ordination with Branch Chiefs throughout Kosovo. Commission recommendations are presented to Headship for final decision. The commission is comprised of the deputy chairman, Gazmend Muharnier; Secretary General Imri Ahmeti; as well as the head of the Women's Forum, Freedom Katazi.
2. The Democratic League of Kosovo begins the process of drafting the political and government programme, as the basis of today's opposition action and as the basis for future governance. The programming teams, throughout the drafting process, will hold consultations with Kosovo society's interest groups in order for our political programme to be as stable as ever.
3. The Democratic League of Kosovo begins final preparations for registering bias at all levels throughout Kosovo, which will start implementing at the beginning of 2022.
