Kurti: Next week, works will be started at the “Adem Jashari” in Prekaz

The next week, the first emergency interventions will begin at the memorial complex building “Adem Jashari” in Prekaz. Thus has Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti announced at the third meeting of the Inter-ministerial Committee for Co-ordinating the process, selecting the project, and monitoring the project implementation process for the Memorial Complex “Adem Jashari” in Prekaz.

Kurti has said that from the founding of this committee, it has been taking positive steps and concrete action.

“From the establishment of this committee we have walked with certain steps and concrete actions. We've assessed the state of buildings inside the compound now we're starting emergency interventions. We have identified the best experts, now we are establishing the expert commission. We have started our first assessments of property issues within the complex, while by the beginning of next year our focus will be the big project, so master plan for the memorial complex. During the past meeting, we have approved the final report on the assessment of the physical state of buildings within the complex, the report has been drafted by engineers and professors of the Faculty of Construction, meanwhile, this is the first time such professional assessment has been realised. After the outcome of the situation, we have taken the necessary steps. Next week we begin the first emergency interventions in the building at the” complex, Kurti said.

The first of the Government has pledged that in the opital deadline, works will be launched to life the project of the Memorial Complex “Adem Jashari” in Prekaz.

We have mobilized all our capacity and on this journey we will spare nothing of ourselves. Building the project and launching the works within the complex are the legal duties of this committee, and at the same time our moral obligation to the Jashar family. As prime minister, I pledge that, along with our Government, we will do the best we can to start work on the Ottoman deadline to survive the major national project, the master plan of the memorial complex Adam Jashari”, Kurti said.
