Kurti Government Fall Warning in Spring

Meanwhile, the Democratic Party of Kosovo, the Association of Serb majority municipalities, sees the VV as an opportunity to elect the country next year.

Vetevendosje Movement MP Armend Muja, in an interview for Online Economics, says the collapse of Kurti Government on behalf of dialogue could bring major political consequences to other subjects, citing the motion of no-confidence against the Kurti government last year.

On the other hand, he has said that Kosovo is open to dialogue, adding that it is the interest of peace for the Western Balkans, and that more European values can be drawn closer.

I don't actually believe and should not be thought of by any party in Kosovo. Fact is that we always expect objections to have come from Serbia, and in no way should political subjects use it in Kosovo, because it's been a long time before the Kurti Government collapses in the name of dialogue and then the message was received from voters”.

“ ... I think that political opportunists should remember that politics is not accounting, but it is an attitude of this country and voters to reject harmful agreements for Kosovo, and that Kosovo is open to dialogue and that is actually the interest of peace for the Western Balkans, so that we can expand as many European values as possible, but they should be based on leadership, because that's how states function”, Muja said.

While talking about a final agreement with Serbia, the VV deputy says one harmful to Kosovo will not come, adding that such agreements will be rejected in Government and the Assembly.

“It is impossible to ratify in the composition of this Assembly harmful agreements for Kosovo. In the Vetevendosje Movement, we have resolved the first dilemma to be unable either through Government or Parliament to pass harmful agreements on Kosovo, and therefore we pledge and will implement this by the end of”.

“As far as harmful agreements are concerned, I am more convinced that there will be no harmful agreements going on, in fact, open to review any form of human rights advancement, Western Balkans, in the meantime we have to assume that security efforts as far as Kosovo is concerned, I think it should be stopped, and it's a bell in terms of the international factor”, the Muja told EO.

For agreements as he calls them harmful, he says they have now inherited them, and how long, which he says are agreements that have been signed at great speed. For this, he says they are making efforts to review the implementation of those agreements.

The pressures we are usually facing are the harmful agreements we have inherited in the past, and unfortunately Serbia is using them against us. In other areas too, harmful agreements have been inherited, which often also cause us much trouble in the Assembly. Because agreements have been signed at higher speed and internal functionality in Kosovo” are not well thought out.

And we've got to deal with them. We are making maximum efforts to examine in the context of our efforts all parts or implementation so that Kosovo can be enabled a revision of its right positions”, Muja said.

But the opposite is being said by the deputy PDK, Ferat Shala. Shala in an interview for Online Economics said that association is one of the pretexts of Kurt's possible escape next spring, stressing that there are other problems such as energy, social and economic problems.
