According to the Customs report, this operation was launched in the early morning hours, where the goal was to check businesses operating in the region of Zubin Potok, two locations in the village of Zupce and another in the village of Uglar, respectively.
“Operation has been aimed at controlling businesses for tax evasion as well as illegal cargo smuggling activities. The operation is running without incident. Kosovo's customs in co-operation with competent authorities will continue to exercise controls under the implementation of its tasks and responsibilities, with the sole aim of preventing illegal activities throughout the territory of the Republic of Kosovo”, the report said.
