“Zyra for Dala Catitori Issues from the KLA war, informs you that there have been recorded cases of disparity of data between the status certificate and the electronic lists we possess in the office, which cannot issue evidence”, the company of media from the prime minister's office says.
From this office, they say they can't issue copies of certificates, because of the lack of physical files which are seized in 2017.
Also, in the absence of physical files that were seized in 2017 by the Special Prosecutor, we cannot issue copies of certificates. We inform you that in co-ordination with the prime minister's legal office and the State Attorney's office, we have addressed the chief prosecutor of the Constitutional Prosecutor's Office with proposals for a joint meeting, where the possibility of increasing inter-institute co-operation will be discussed and discussing these technical uncertainties related to the daily work of the Daala's Office for Catagority Affairs from the KLA, within the prime minister's Office, which dates from the No04 Law. L-054 for the Status and Rights of Witnesses, Invalids, Veterans, Members of the Kosovo Liberation Army, Civil Victims and their families, the relevant law for KLA veterans and other legislation in force. We are awaiting confirmation of the meeting proposal. For any new development in this direction we will keep you informed in the time”, the communique is further said.
