KED spokesman Viktor Buzhala has reacted to reports that there are power cuts in some areas of Kosovo.
Buzhala through a Facebook post has written that all Kosovo has electricity and that all speculation is lies.
When I see Facebook, all of Kosovo is in the dark. I'm just hanging out the window and I'm seeing lights everywhere. Even online monitoring of KEDA tells me that all of Kosovo has momentum. Don't trust me.
