He has declared that Kosovo has returned in the 2000s when faced with major energy problems and there were major reductions of the current.
By the end of this year, the plebiscious government brought us to 2000. No electricity and aggregate. He wrote Mr. Isa Mustafa, former LDK chairman.
Anger expressed by Mr. Mustafa hoped not to be the result of power failure at the location where he is currently located, Perscope follows.
However, the strange thing is that Mr. Mustafa's not feeling that cold, even though the way he's warming up is even more problematic.
