At this meeting through the secret vote, the board has chosen the chairman and vice president. By seven votes for, the board chairman has been elected Besnik Boletini.
Boletin, besides a journalist in the organization Get up, is believed to be one of the descendants of Isa Boletini national hero.
Also, with seven votes for Arta Berisha has been elected deputy chairman. At this meeting the board has discussed RTK's current situation.
With the chairman's proposal, the board has addressed a request to RTK's management to get detailed data on RTK's situation in specific aspects at a certain time.
The contract data, for every entity worker; Service and work contracts for all workers.
The time when they started and when they're finished; the contracts RTK currently has with external productions and payment mode; RTK's list of debts to each subject; the financial marketing report, which includes all marketing contracts that RTK currently has.
