With the start of applying electricity restrictions to consumers, KEDS has available consumer information platforms.
These day - to - day platforms are updated in early morning hours with lists of all consumers divided into groups.
The platform where we already have 100 thousand registered consumers, is the Kesco app. From this app as soon as the consumer records its/his data, it will accept automatic announcements from the company about anything related to its/his account. In this case, the consumer will priorly accept reports of restrictions being applied due to the energy crisis.
The other platform that receives real-time information for immediate power cuts, and also for future planning, is the map presented on KEDS's website. www.Keds-energy.com. On a map, the consumer must mark the address of residence in order to accept information about the restrictions that will occur at that address.
These two platforms are easy to access, and for a short time the consumer will receive the needed information. Until the Kesco consumer app only registers once and receives automatic information, it must register its location in order to get the necessary information.
