America, France, Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom through diplomatic missions on November 30th urged Kosovo to implement fully the registration of the Decani Monastery's land, in accordance with the Constitutional Court's ruling.
“The functions of France, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom and the United States of America remain concerned that despite continued promotion by the international community and Kosovo's own judiciary, Kosovo institutions have not yet fully implemented the legal land registration of the Decani Monastery in line with the Constitutional Court's decision of 2016”, it is said in their joint statement.
Prime Minister Kurti, meanwhile, has voiced on this issue as follows: our “position [in] the Decani Monastery is already known, we have made it known even earlier,”
Periscope has sent questions to the US Embassy in Pristina, after this development to see if our ally country's stance on the matter has changed.
