He, through a post on the social network Facebook, has written that the blocking approach of several states to the liberalisation process is unrealistic.
“E welcomes the European Parliament's will to admit that our citizens deserve visa liberalisation! The blocking approach of some member states is unprincipled and anti-EU itself, and not only against Kosovo!” wrote Hoxhaj.
