This is confirmed by lawyer Gregory Keohe at the conference on the performance of the Hashim Thaci case and others.
The decision was made by the judge of the preliminary procedure.
I understand that the Honored Court has made a decision to hold custody this morning, and that will be appealed to“, he said.
Kehoe further said there should be a debate over the prosecution's allegations regarding the Kosovo Police Race and their bail release.
I don't ask you to change the order you issued, but I'm asking you, I'm saying that no Albanian from Kosovo has been released from this court, earlier it happened. Why? There is no guarantee that these individuals will appear in court at the right time and that they will respect your every decision. This procedure needs to be considered, so with open debate, let's see what the safeguards are on Kosovo police, so we require hearing hearings to hear why these men are waiting for trial here and dealing with the set conditions.”, he said.
These Kehoe statements came after the preliminary judge has issued a decision on deadlines for revising the detention of KLA leaders.
Therefore, the deadline for sending the money has lasted up to 10 days after the announcement of Apel's decision on refusing the previous request for release from custody.
Mr. Veselin, Krasniqi, and Mr. Selimi have given up the right to review custody every two months. There has been a valid reason for justifying the postponement of defence. I order the parties to submit their submissions no later than 10 days from the announcement of Appeal's decision to my decision to refuse detention”, he has said.
The same order was given to the Prosecutor.
