Haradinaj's Gucat trial, defence questions two SPS witnesses

On December 10th, 2021, the presiding court with Charles Smith has accepted Gucatt's defense request to ask additional questions to witnesses 4841 and 4842 by ordering protection to limit the questions on materials that have been issued.
“The shield should be ready to explain the importance of the line of questions related to materials. The panel also recalls that for security purposes and lack of identity of witnesses and justice interests, defence has been instructed to conduct these complementary questions at private hearings. The court will also review the transcript at the right moment and order re-proscription if it's important”, Judge Smith said.
Zdenka Pumer was the first SPS witness to the trial of former heads of the KLA War Veterans Organisation.
The ZPS investigative co-ordinator had declared that she was involved in the investigation into the case from 25 September 2020, while by this period, she has said she doesn't know who the investigator was dealing with the O case was. VL-KLA.
While Miro Jukiq was the SPS's third witness in this judicial process.
At the time of the document leak, he was a witness security worker in the SPS, and during his testimony he said he contacted about 30 witnesses.
Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj were arrested on 25 September 2020, since they are even staying in custody at The Hague.
