Two witnesses will testify again at the Specialised Chambers in The Hague in the case of former KLA leaders Nasim Haradinaj and Hysni Gucatit.
The Witnesses called have been requested by Gucati's defense, and the Court has approved this request at The Hague.
Lawyer Jonathan Elystan Rees has said he has not been given the opportunity to properly file the claim of delay in committing crime. Rees has declared that the SPS has not fully fulfilled its obligations.
Haradinaj and Gucatt's last session was held yesterday, December 10th, where one of the witnesses, Chelle Gashi, brought his testimony as a defence witness.
