The Constitutional Court in Pristina has declared the indictment against those charged by the US. J, V, G, F. C, I. R, G.Z. and H.H.
Indictee S. J. has been convicted of criminally abusing sexual abuse by misusing position, authority or profession from Article 239 par.1 points 1.3 of KPRK and criminally promoting sexual acts with false promises of marriage by KPRC's 240 and has been tried with prison sentences of four (four) years and 6 (six) months.
The accused V.V. It has been found guilty of criminal fraud by misusing position, authority or profession from Article 239 par.1 points of KPRK and criminal action in postponing pregnancy from Article 184 par.2 related to par.1 in connection with KPRK Article 32, and it has been tried with prison sentences of four (four) years.
The accused G.H. has been found guilty of criminal acts of sexual abuse by misusing position, authority or profession from Article 239 par.3 points of KPRK and being tried with prison sentences of 2 (two) years.
The accused F.C. It has been found guilty of criminal acts of sexual abuse by misusing position, authority or profession from Article 239 par.1 points 1.3 of KPRK and being tried with prison sentences of 2 (two) years on condition that, in the 3 (three) years, no other criminal acts were committed.
The accused I.R. It has been found guilty of criminal acts of sexual abuse by misusing position, authority or profession from Article 239 par.1 points 1.3 of KPRK and being sentenced to prison terms of 2 (two) years on condition that, in the 3 (three) years, no other criminal acts were committed.
The accused G. Mr. Subject 364 par.1 points 1.3 is acquitted of alleged criminal acts of intimidation during the procedure by Article 395 of KPRK.
To the accused H.H. Conform Article 363 par.1 under par.1.1 court has taken a refusal to act on sexual abuse by misusing position, authority or profession from Article 239 par.1 points of KPRK.
Against this act, the parties have a right to complaint at the Kosovo Court of Appeals through this court.
