Foreign Affairs and Diaspora Minister Donika Grovalla-Schwarz said Serbia is now openly threatening its neighbours with war.
She's in an interview for Newsweek He accused Serbia of even in Bosnia and Herzegovina sowing unrest.
There, Serbian Presidential Representative Milorad Dodik is threatening a multiethnic power-sharing agreement and the withdrawal of Republika Srpska -- the entity dominated by Serbs who make up part of Bosnia -- by national institutions, including the armed forces.
“We are really concerned about what might happen there in January 2022 with the 30th anniversary of the creation of what they call Republika Srpska, which was actually founded on genocide”.
Serbian nationalist leader Milorad Dodik has threatened to separate this entity from the rest of Bosnia. Each observer knows that Dodik is strongly supported by Serbia and Russia, and that this threesome is paralysing Bosnia's functioning as a state for decades”.
I wonder if and how the international community will react. If there is a lack of clear will and requirements towards Dodik and Vuciqi, the West can be sure that the language and aggressive politics in Serbia will not change and that January 9th -- which marks a symbolic 30th anniversary of Republika Srpska's establishment -- can become a day that can change the entire Balkan region” -- Gervalla-Schwarz has said.
