France, over 200,000 daily infections with screwd 19 for the second day in a row

A record 208,099 infections were registered yesterday, with Health Minister Olivier Veran warning a “cunam” of the cases.

The seven-day mobile average of new daily cases rose to a record 121,566, an almost fourfold number in just one month.

Using a mask on the streets of Paris and Lyons will again be mandatory, as authorities try to avoid a rapid increase in cases on the night of the shift of years.

The total number of patients with the handle-19 has increased by 465 in the last 24 hours to 18,321, a higher rate in seven months.

However, that number is almost half the record 33,497 in November 2020.

The death toll from Coddy-19 increased by 180 to 24 hours to 123,552 dead.
