“Are forcing us to invade Thessaloniki”, Turkey threatens Greece

“If the imperial world structure continues to attack the great Turkish nation in every field, then the large Turkish nation will return to the borders of National Vow” it writes in a Twitter post.

Greek media write that Turkish <x0nationalists to President Recep Tayyip Erdogan have aspirations for the conquest of Thessaloniki as a way out of their problems” says in the paper article “To Vima”, forwards abcnews.al.

The renowned Turkish exile intellectual Mehmet Efe Chaman interprets the threat as a message to draw attention to the constant decline of the lira.

“Erdogan's chief adviser, Mr. Bulut, threatening the expanding world after continuing devaluation of the lyre” he writes.
