“The problem omitron that is easily transmitted is “angry with the world” and travel will increase the risk of infection even among those vaccinated,” Fauci told NBC.
He stressed that there is no doubt that the virus will spread. Omitron has so far been confirmed in more than 20 American states and about 90 countries and has been discovered in South Africa in late November.
