The possibility of the referendum is a new moment in terms of intentions to withdraw from Bosnia and Herzegovina entirely.
According to the consensus proposed by the ruling coalition, Republika Srpska's parliament must today withdraw approval for the formation of Bosnia and Herzegovina's military forces and other authorities.
Dodik said war was not an option.
