Big explosion near Munich train station

An explosion has occurred near a train station that has numerous meetings in Munich, Germany, police have said on Wednesday.

The blast occurred during construction works near Donersbergerbrücke Station.

There is still no information about any possible victims, Munich police said. Emergency services are on the scene.

Train services have been suspended for now, writes CNN.
