Saving electricity to Kosovo is very necessary, as our country has little capacity for supply. And if energy is not saved, the government will be obliged to import electricity with taxpayers' money.
So said in an interview for Kosova Preiss, Swiss-based energy engineer Bashkim Dula. He has initially talked about the energy crisis in the world, which has come due to increased gas prices in the last two years.
According to him, in 2020, gas prices have been 15 euros, and this year it has increased 450 percent.
“As the main cause of emerging crisis is increasing gas growth rates, for example in October 2020 the price of gas has been 15 euros for megavators or 1.5 cents for kilowattors, and in October 2021 it has reached 80 megawatts, or 8 cents d.m., as well as 450 %s of the price, even when you know that all Europe is supplied to organisers after the impact”, he said.
He has added that savings is very necessary in Kosovo, as this country has smaller capacities for electricity supply.
“Pic first the savings is culture not only in energy but in everything, especially in Kosovo the savings is very important because Kosovo has little capacity for electricity supply, and especially winter when the Kosovo government increases too much, then the government of Kosovo regardless of which post-war government so far has been forced to import electricity, and the current imports cost them much more expensive than by itself knowing the prices of the world electricity market,” engineering said.
The wax appeals to save electricity, since the state budget is saved.
“Apel is the same, saving, that Kosovo is currently importing electricity and if it continues this import, it should ensure the company that supplies Kosovo with electricity, i.m. Th KEK, but after a while if this high supply trend continues, then the Government is obliged to import electricity, when the government imports electricity, then Government imports electricity with taxpayers' means d.m. that if you don't save electricity, it should take money, so with your taxes you have to buy electricity, so if we save, even save those government costs to buy power”, it points to Kosovas.
He has also praised energy prices in Kosovo, where he says the price of energy in Kosovo is cheaper than in all of Europe.
In Switzerland, it's a little different from Kosovo, because in Switzerland the power supply is made from every canton because each canton has its own angles and they buy the current in different countries, while in Kosovo it is KEK and KED. But the prices in the canton where I live in the kilowatt is 32 which costs 30 cents to behold, and in Kosovo it is understood that the Swiss standard is higher and cheaper, the oath is not very cheap, but in Kosovo electricity prices are cheaper in Europe, only to compare it with Albania, a kilotator costs 10cent, and in Albania there is no higher and cheaper fee, so conditions 10 cents, while in Kosovo it is above 6.75 and a cent fee of low 2, 89 cents per cent per cent per cent, while 891 per cent).
The wax points out that they should use household equipment to prevent electricity.
It's very important, for example, these are some practical advice for someone they have to do not very interesting. It's starting with the fridge, the refrigerator is a device that spends up to 25% of the electricity on a flat or a house, if the object isn't heated, it should buy refrigerators with a positive+ efficiency, that slightly extra investment goes back up to two to three years, then often the refrigerator door should be opened as fast as possible, and as often as frequently, the ideal temperature in the refrigerator should be 7 degrees Fahrenheit. Then the dish washing should be used in the EKO fashion, and the container car must be filled to full because it saves both water and energy, and before washing there are many functions - for many cars and washing and dishes there are prewashing functions. Even if you wash them in your hand, you spend more because you have to wash them with hot water. The oven is also a huge supplier because the oven is three-four terns per hour, so the heat of the oven is not necessary... the change is the construction sector where it's easy to save only one plug, you see a light that's turned on and off is the easiest saving sector. And especially now light technology has advanced to the market in Kosovo that light has to be used where it works,” said Dula.
According to him, during the power supply crisis, Switzerland has a strategy called Osteral, which includes saving appeal, restricting energy spending, which includes non-virtal devices, advertising, street lighting, street heating, cafes, sanuas, swimming pools.
Bashkim Dula is born and raised in Gjakova and has studied electrotechnical in Pristina. Then, in Switzerland, he continued post - diplomatic studies for energy.
Since 96 he works as the energy manager of the potential buildings near the Basel 7 canton construction department.
