Twelve thousand euros a day, German expert's staggering salary brought by Kurti Government to KEK

The procurement office of the Kosovo Electronic Corporation “has announced today at the Public Procurement Regulatory Commission (KRPP) for signing the contract with the German company for “Aggression of experts for inspection and repair of damage created in the B2 unit's low-pressure turbine at TCB<x>. Kosovo B2 continues to be [...]
Kosovo B2 continues to be out of office because of the destruction of turbine by December 14th.
To sanction the damage, the KEK procurement office has contracted negotiated contracts without publishing contract reporting with company “G E Steam Power Service France Representative Office in Kosovo”. This company is the KEK's regular contractor to receive contracts under negotiated procedures, as well as annual adjustment of turbines.
The overall value of the contract between KEK and the company will be 248 thousand euros, the news says.net.
It has been reported that in the composition of the German company, which has many branches around the world, there will be only one expert who will more assist KEK engineers.
Its expertise will be paid around 12,000 euros per day, or 248 thousand euros per 21 day, since it has been envisioned for so many days for even the contract to have currency.
The value of contract forecasting by KEK has been 200 thousand euros, but the German company has no longer agreed on that amount. So the value has increased by 48 thousand euros.
“The EC has no technical and professional expertise to deal with this independence with its own forces, so it is necessary that experts from Germany's GE, which are the original turbine producers. Unit B2 cannot start with these defects without this inspection being made to know the further steps and determine the security level of operation with this situation. As long as there is a need for new parts, which of them, and what the volume of repairs will be, it will have to be determined by this inspection”, says the agreement reporting file that saw the news.net.
A few days ago KEK director Nagip Krasniqi has said the German expert is expected to come to Kosovo on Sunday to regulate the turbine, which is out of operation.
Kosovo B2's “continues to be out of place because of the decline from December 14th, and we are in the process of turning it into surgery as soon as possible but the destruction in the turbine is the most serious nature. We're in contact with the company that produces the turbine and we expect to send their expert to KEK on Sunday and we'll start with the inspection of the situation and see what the damage situation is, and it will show the time and time for the unit's return to work. There is a preliminary assessment that we expect sometime in January 20th, B2, to be turned into operation”, Krasniqi said.
