Esocbar: US not part of Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, but fully supports

“Our hope for Serbia is for it to follow its European path. Close chapters to move towards EU membership. Solving differences with Kosovo through dialogue and establishing good relations with all its neighbours”, Escobar said.

Asked what it is, according to him, the best solution for the process between Kosovo and Serbia, he said it is dialogue.

“Dialog is a mechanism through which they should discuss differences. It is led by the EU and is the biggest obstacle (for both countries) on the road to the EU. We are not part of the dialogue, but we fully support it. We also support the implementation of reached agreements, but also accelerated approach towards a final” agreement, Escobar said.

He has also talked about the situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, whether in Republika Srpska.
